- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Offoce Servers\15.0
- Right click on the folder
- Go to Security Tab
- Add 'NETWORK SERVICE' and grant 'Read&Execute' permissions
- Re-run Full Profile Sync
- Confirm errors do not recur

SharePoint 2013: Event ID's 1001/1004/1015, MsiInstaller errors for PeopleILM during User Profile Sync
You see the following errors in the Application Log after a full sync of the User Profile Service:

I stopped Distributed Cache as I have only one Front End server which contains Search Services Application. More over after removing Distributed cached the site performance has been increased a lot. But my problem is that the above error is throwing into the Event viewer every minute. How to stop that?
